1. Cold forged heading:  By applying pressure to the malleable titanium rods and wires through a cold heading machine, the metal is transformed into a semi-finished product in a solid state. Mainly used for mass production of bolts, nuts, screws, etc. This results in a high rate of the material and a significant increase in production efficiency.

2. Hot forged heading: The titanium rods are heated to a certain temperature and then forged and formed in a mold. It is mainly used for the production of bolts, nuts, and some non-standard-shaped parts. High yield and high production efficiency.

3. Machine-processing process: The raw materials titanium rods are machined into the finished product by means of cutting, milling, turning and thread rolling, and other processing methods. The finished product has a bright and beautiful surface.
