Product quality and chemical composition
Our raw materials for making Titanium Electrode Rod AWS A5.16 are selected from small-grain, Grade 0 sponge titanium, subjected to three rounds of vacuum arc remelting to eliminate risers and bottom blowholes from the titanium ingots. Double sampling is performed, and the entire process includes ultrasonic and eddy current flaw detection on a 100% basis. This is to ensure that there are no metallurgical defects or non-metallic impurities on both the surface and internally.
Chemical compositions strictly adhere to international standards such as ASTM or AWS. Upon shipment, the goods are accompanied by quality inspection reports issued by national authoritative agencies. Alternatively, purchasers can designate third-party inspections.
