Nickel tube is a bar made of nickel. It is a raw material for processing.
American Standard: ASTM B163, ASTM B165
Nickel pipe production specifications:
Seamless Pipe: Diameter (12mm~219mm)*Wall Thickness (0.5~25.0)*L
(According to user requirements. Special specifications. With the user for the standard)
Nickel tube use:
Alkali industry. Chlor-alkali chemical and organic chloride production. Food processing industry. High-temperature halogen and salt corrosion environment. Electronic instrument parts. Water treatment. All kinds of strong alkali equipment
Nickel tube cutting retail, nickel tube processing customized, nickel tube is used in alkali industry, chlor-alkali chemical and organic chloride production, food processing industry, high-temperature halogen and salt corrosion environment, electronic instrumentation parts, water treatment, a variety of strong alkali-resistant equipment. Nickel tubes show good corrosion resistance in many acidic and alkaline environments, and are mostly used in reducing media. Nickel tubing is characterized by its resistance to corrosion in alkaline media such as caustic potash, caustic soda, etc. It is used in ionic membrane caustic soda processes. Nickel has good corrosion resistance in dry fluorine.
Nickel tubing is also successfully used in dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride from room temperature to 540°C. It can also be applied in static hydrofluoric acid solutions. Nickel has good mechanical properties over a relatively wide temperature range, is easy to cold work (elongation: δ ≥ 40 to 60 percent), and has processing characteristics similar to those of mild steel.
