Company and production introduce

We have specialized in producing pure nickel and nickel alloy materials for more than 20 years, including pure nickel strips, nickel foils, nickel plates, nickel tubes, nickel rods, etc. Ni200 Ni201 Nickel Strips we produce is its main content is nickel, which can be as high as 99.5% or more, while Ni201 is a nickel alloy with chromium added, meaning that it contains about 10% chine in addition to the nickel content. There is also a small amount of iron, carbon, and other elements, so the main difference between Ni200 and Ni201 in terms of chemical composition is whether it contains chromium and how much.

Ni200 and Ni201 density is 8.9g/cm³ and 8.95g/cm³. Ni200 melting point is a little higher.
The thermal conductivity of Ni201 is better than Ni200.
Mechanical properties, the two are similar, plasticity and toughness are better.
Ni201 contains chromium, so the corrosion resistance is better compared to Ni200.
Based on the above differences, their application is also different, Ni200 is mainly used in the manufacture of high-purity metals, electroplating, the chemical industry, and other fields; and Ni201 is mainly used in petroleum, marine, chemical industry, and other fields.
In the actual application, we should choose the appropriate material according to the specific use and process.
