Tolerance: For pure titanium material, the thickness tolerance of titanium plates with thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 1.0mm can be controlled within 0.08mm.; The thickness tolerance for plates with thicknesses from 1.0mm to 3.0mm can be controlled within 0.1mm; For plates with thicknesses from 3.0mm to 6.0mm, the thickness tolerance can be controlled within 0.15mm.; And for plates with thicknesses from 6.0mm to 8.0mm, the thickness tolerance can be controlled within 0.2mm.

Physical Properties: For titanium plates with thicknesses ranging from 1.0mm to 6.0mm, the tensile strength of Grade 3 titanium can be consistently controlled at 550 (+/-10) MPa; The tensile strength of Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) and Grade 5 Eli (Ti-6Al-4V Eli); Gr.23 Eli titanium plates can be consistently controlled at 1000 (+/-20) MPa.

Microstructure at High Magnification: For titanium plates with thicknesses ranging from 1.0mm to 6.0mm, the grain size of Grade 3 titanium reaches Level 9 or higher. The incoming rating of Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) and Grade 5 Eli (Ti-6Al-4V Eli), as well as Ti6AL7Nb, can be consistently controlled within the range of A1 to A3.
