Grade 1 titanium plate heat treatment: generally used in the annealed state. Recommended annealing for 670-720, 0.5-2h; stress relief annealing guidelines for 530-550 ℃, 0.5-1h or 470-490 ℃, 2-4h.

Grade 1 titanium welding rod connection: argon maintenance arc application is more, but also plasma welding, resistance welding, and gas maintenance diffusion welding.

Grade 1 titanium use: mechanical equipment heat exchanger, golf, medical equipment, and other aspects.

Grade 1 metallographic process:

(1) After 4 times of mechanical polishing + corrosion, you can get an industrial pure titanium Grade 1 micro arrangement without the deformation of twin crystals.

(2) In the electrolyte perchloric acid + glacial acetic acid (volume ratio of 6:94), the voltage is 60 V, the polishing time is 14s, industrial pure titanium Grade 1deformation layer can be completely removed, to get the real micro-arrangement.

(3) Electrolytic polishing relative to mechanical polishing time is shorter and more efficient, and the micro-arrangement obtained tracing better quality.

Grade 1 high-temperature wear resistance:

(1) Because of the smooth effect of the surface layer of oxide wear debris, the conflict factor of the oxidized layer is smaller, at 500~700 ℃ under the conflict factor of 0.07~0.22, with the temperature rise, the conflict factor increases; in the same load and wear time, the conflict factor of the oxidized layer is significantly higher, in 500~700 ℃ under the conflict factor of 0.74~0.65, with the temperature rise, the conflict factor decreases. With the increase in temperature, the conflict factor decreases.

(2) After the conflict wear test, there is an oxide layer specimen in the case of higher temperature, by the hard abrasive chips cut by the plow tracing the distribution of the more; no oxide layer specimen, with the temperature rise and the extension of the time of grinding, cracks are more prone to expansion constitutes the peeling layer wear.

(3) Grade 1 titanium's primary wear mode for peeling wear, adhesive wear, and oxidative wear, is no oxide layer of material because of the lack of high hardness of oxygen-rich α layer, hardness and plastic shear resistance is lower, the higher the temperature when the tear zone is more intensive, adhesive wear is more serious. Differences in hardness and wear mechanisms create differences in conflict wear performance at high temperatures.
