A year's plan starts with spring, and we set sail for innovation. In the first quarter, our company's plate factory actively implemented the spirit of the first session of the twelfth workers' congress and the spirit of the mid-level cadres meeting. With the goal of improving production efficiency, we fought hard and achieved growth in both output and production value compared to the same period last year, successfully achieving a good start to the year.

This year, our plate factory takes "Quality Year" as an opportunity to focus on established strategic policies and adhere to goal-oriented, problem-oriented, and measure-oriented approaches. With "work" as our top priority and "practicality" as our guiding principle, we proactively change our work style, focus on work implementation, and fully release production capacity.

We scientifically and reasonably deploy our resources to improve contract execution. The plate factory regards delivering key contracts on time as the core goal and improves production capacity by increasing the efficiency of process connections, coordinating balanced production, and supplementing outsourcing. We continue to strengthen the scientific planning, production consistency, and command authority of the scheduling room to avoid any disconnection in the production process and ensure the timely delivery of key contracts in the first quarter. In particular, in the precision finishing process of the fourth workshop, facing difficulties such as urgent delivery of key contracts and heavy tasks, we try to tap internal potential, rationally allocate personnel, actively carry out labor competitions, work diligently, and comprehensively improve production efficiency. The plate factory starts with strict and detailed material placement management, fills in production cards according to regional numbers to avoid mixed materials, and monitors key products to improve the first-pass qualification rate. The four major processes of hot rolling, cold rolling, pickling, and creep are implemented with a long-term work system. We strictly follow the scheduling instructions to develop daily production target plans, constantly improve and enhance product quality and reduce waste rates, improve on-time delivery rates, and ensure product process quality control to ensure smooth production.
