What is the role of the under-construction Baotai Four Modernizations intelligent, green, and low-carbon industrial park?

On April 3, at the construction site of the Ti and New Materials Industrial Park (Qing'anbao Park) in the Baqiao High-tech Zone of Baoji, machines roared and construction vehicles shuttled back and forth, as the tall steel structures of the factory buildings rose from the ground. It is understood that the project will be developed into a "four modernizations" smart, green, and low-carbon industrial park with "industrial development intelligence, construction management refinement, service function specialization, and infrastructure network nation".

The Ti and New Materials Industrial Park project in Baoji High-tech Zone covers an area of 474.74 acres, with a total investment of about 960 million yuan and a total construction area of 184,000 square meters, including a production plant area of 156,000 square meters and a supporting office area of 23,800 square meters. The park will also build green and intelligent infrastructure such as distributed photovoltaic and smart streetlights, and electric vehicle charging piles, to create a green Ti Valley industrial park that integrates ecology, culture, function, and economy. The park mainly attracts investment in new materials processing and manufacturing enterprises such as titanium and titanium alloys and provides enterprise incubation and innovation platforms and research and development spaces. After completion, it is expected to accommodate more than 30 enterprises and achieve an annual output value of about 3 billion yuan, driving employment of about 2,000 people.

According to reports, the project started construction on January 28th of this year and is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in 2024. In order to ensure the timely completion of the project, the Baoji Municipal Government has strengthened the organization and leadership of the construction, shortened the steps of the assembly line operation, accelerated the progress of the project, and ensured the project schedule. As of now, the project has completed an investment of 306 million yuan, and the construction of each factory building is intensifying. Of the four roads planned for construction in the park, three have begun construction, and two bridges are being poured with pile foundations.
