Record High Titanium Wire Material Production in April

This year, our titanium wire department has focused on the theme of "seizing opportunities, working hard, and creating a new journey for the development of the titanium wire industry". We have followed the production management concept of "focusing on key products and delivering other products as needed", actively coordinated billet preparation around production demand, reasonably allocated production capacity based on customer needs, and strengthened production organization to improve efficiency. We have also actively promoted batch and continuous production modes.

In April, our titanium wire department launched two special labor competitions for hot-rolled wire rods and finished product machining to focus on the delivery of key contracts. This further motivated and inspired all employees' production enthusiasm and work motivation, and the production capacity and efficiency of billet rolling and finished product machining were greatly improved. In terms of quality management, the wire factory strictly implements the quality concept of "zero defects" and "relying on work rather than inspection for product quality". We have strictly controlled the production process, planned and implemented the process sampling system, and refined the entire process technology and control requirements for billet preparation, billet rolling, and finished product processing. Despite the significant increase in production, the product quality has steadily improved. At the same time, the wire factory actively promotes moving the equipment maintenance checkpoint forward, and has made a maintenance commitment to "solving regular equipment failures within one hour". We have organized equipment management and maintenance backbone staff to be on standby 24 hours a day to provide reliable equipment support for smooth production.
