Product Introduction
Nitinol super-elastic plates is an alloy plate composed of elements such as nickel and titanium, which exhibits a memory effect, allowing them to return to their original shape. Nickel-titanium alloy, also known as shape memory alloy (SMA), is an alloy material that can "remember" its original shape. It is composed of nickel and titanium, among other elements, and has special shape memory properties. The production process: The production process includes vacuum melting, casting, forging, rolling, drawing, heat treatment, and machining.
Quality testing: Nitinol plates and sheets can be tested using various methods, including metallographic analysis, mechanical testing (tensile, compression, and bending), chemical analysis, and thermal analysis (differential scanning calorimetry and thermal cycling).
Composition and properties: it is composed of nickel and titanium in approximately equal atomic percentages. It exhibits unique properties such as shape memory effect, superelasticity, high damping capacity, and good biocompatibility. Its properties can be adjusted by varying the composition, processing parameters, and heat treatment conditions.
