Nitinol shape memory alloy is a metal intermetallic compound with an equiatomic ratio (Ti50Ni50). This titanium-nickel intermetallic compound is ductile and can be hot and cold worked, with a cold working rate of 10%-25% and a recrystallization temperature of 500-600 degrees Celsius. The high-temperature phase of nitinol alloy exhibits excellent wear and corrosion resistance, while the low-temperature phase demonstrates good damping properties. The transformation zone exhibits unique memory capabilities and super elasticity. All nitinol shape memory alloy plates are formed from this alloy, possessing all its properties.
