Inspect strictly according to the standards

 

 

Inspection Items:

Each batch of Titanium Electrode Rods and filler wire shall undergo chemical composition, dimensional, metallographic (low magnification), surface and macroscopic quality, deposited metal radiographic testing, and bend testing.

Sampling Locations and Sample Quantities:

Each batch of welding wire and rods shall be sampled on the finished product for C, O, H, and N content analysis. The content of other elements shall be based on the analysis results of the original ingot. Arbitration analysis shall be conducted on samples taken from the finished welding wire and filler wire products.

Metallographic inspection:

For each batch of welding wire and rods, randomly select two coils, and take one sample from each end of the coil for transverse metallographic inspection (low magnification).

Macroscopic inspection:

 

Inspect the welding wire individually, coil by coil, for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and macroscopic defects.
