How many grades of titanium material are there? Which grade works best?

Pure titanium is divided into grades 1 to 5, grade 5 is not pure titanium (titanium alloy), pure titanium is divided into grades 1 to 4, grade 123 is basically not in use because it is too soft, and grade 4 is also very soft, so if too much force is put on it as an implant, it may break or deform. The deformation can cause a big problem because the connection is no longer tight and peri-implantitis can occur in the future. grade 5 titanium is not pure titanium, it is made of 90% pure titanium plus 10% of other alloys, which is very strong, but not very biocompatible.
Only true 100 percent pure titanium has the lowest rejection to the human body, and the bond is relatively the best. So Noble explored a new kind of material called Grade 4 cold-worked titanium. This new material has the strength of grade 5 titanium alloy, but at the same time has the biocompatibility of grade 4 titanium.
