ASTM F67 Pure Titanium sheets are commonly used in surgical applications. ASTM F67 requirements for unalloyed titanium materials including pure titanium in the form of sheets, plates, bars, and wire that are used in the manufacture of surgical implants. These grades of titanium are highly biocompatible, corrosion-resistant, and have good mechanical properties, making them suitable for use in medical implants like dental implants, orthopedic implants, and more.

1. High Precision: Thickness deviation can be controlled within 0.04-0.15mm; flatness within 1mm per meter, surface smoothness Ra < 0.16μm

3. Raw Material: Selected fine-grade sponge titanium with a particle size of 0 grade；

4. Melting Process: Subjected to three rounds of vacuum arc melting and plasma welding, removing the risers and sprues of the titanium ingot. Double sampling is performed, and all samples undergo ultrasonic flaw detection.
5. Utilizing 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing to ensure that there are no metallurgical defects or non-metallic impurities on both the surface and interior of the sheet metal.
