Our company is located in the Titanium Valley of China, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province. We specialize in the production and processing of various titanium alloys and non-ferrous metal products, with a complete titanium alloy processing line. We currently have three workshops: smelting, forging, and machining.
Our facilities include a 3-ton vacuum consumable arc furnace, an 800-ton hydraulic quick forging machine, a 630-ton titanium bar shearing machine, a 250mm rolling mill, CNC lathes, and more. Our 5x2500 shearing machine is primarily used for cutting thin sheets and small-sized titanium plates, while our 12x6000 shearing machine is used for cutting medium-thickness plates. We have two 0.5-2.0 coil and strip leveling lines for smaller-sized titanium coil and strip, and a 3.0-6.0 coil and strip leveling line for medium-thickness titanium coil and strip. Additionally, we have a 0.5-2.5 coil and strip slitting and coiling machine for strip cutting and coiling.
