Our titanium welded pipe production line with a 1m diameter officially starts to produce the first batch of goods, and we start to make new progress on the road of producing large diameter titanium welded pipes.

At present, our titanium and titanium alloy welded pipe production line has built a total of 9 straight-seam welded pipe production lines and large-diameter welded pipe production lines. The straight seam welded pipe production lines include ZG20, ZG40, ZG50, ZG80, ZG90, ZG100, etc. The straight seam welding technology of P+T can customize the titanium pipes of any length according to the customers' requirements, reducing the seams between the pipes and overcoming the limitation of the current titanium pipe production length. The large diameter single welded pipe production line developed by our company can process and produce titanium welded pipes with the thickness of δ0.4~δ20 and the diameter of Φ7.2~Φ1020, which breaks the limitation of titanium welded pipe diameter and greatly improves the application range of titanium and titanium alloy welded pipes.
    Our factory has built a titanium material spot supermarket of more than 4,000 square meters, the main products include titanium sponges, titanium and titanium alloy ingots, plates, rods, wires, tubes, forgings, cakes, rings, and flanges, standard parts, pipe fittings, mainly featuring thick-walled large-diameter welded pipes, pipes for chemical equipment, forming a complete product system.
